We've lived here only 4 months so far and we are very happy here. I read all the reviews before deciding to take a chance with Charter Landing. I find both the office and maintenance staff to be extremely professional pleasant people. We always enjoy talking with them. When we first moved here we filled out a list of problems and they were all fixed/repaired in a timely manner. We feel the grounds are kept as well as can be considering the amount of land that needs to be taken care of. I especially enjoy the pool and find that the maintenance on the pool is always up to par. Of course, storms tend to make it dirty again with leaves but who cares. It's still clean in my eyes. Our neighbors are very friendly and easy to talk with and we've had no problems with break-ins or crime. Being from a northern state we can honestly state that we will renew our lease when the time comes. Like others before us, everywhere you go there is bound to be problems. No one place is 100% perfect. We do consider Charter Landing to be the most perfect place so far in all the places we have lived in our lifetime. The rooms are huge and the price is very reasonable compared to what we are used to. Thanks for letting us live here.
