(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

I really like the area and the size of my apartment. I think that the people in the office are nice and very consider it to your needs, the only complaint I have is that they need better parking.
