Charter Landing Apartments

Not what you think... From: lexie911 Date posted: 5/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Ya, the pictures look nice and the leasing staff seam like they are helping you and are friendly at the time, but it all changes when you actually move in. It took me 3 hours to drive here from where i was moving from when i got here they told me the apartment wasnt ready and then argued that i wasnt even allowed to be there yet. When i had talked to a specific person before i left and she said everything was ready. When i finally got there she left for the day and they jacked up the price when i was done signing the lease. When you ask for something to get fixed they just cover it up so it looks like they fixed it. the walls are so thin that i hear the neighbors tv when im trying to sleep, and the people's bed above us. We have also had some of our things stolen. I thought that I could live with all the hassle and the rudeness of the girls in the leasing staff because the apartments are very spacious, but its not worth the missery. I would recommend spending the little extra money and go somewhere else...trust me
