SCARED TO DEATH From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   CHARTER LANDING HAS VERY NICE APARTMENT BUT THE AREA IS GOING DOWNHILL THE GHETTO IS NEXT DOOR SUNDANCE AND GREGORY COVE THEY ACCEPT SECTION 8 AND THEY ARE COMING OVER HERE GETTING IN POOL ROBBING PEOPLE DONT HAVE A NICE CAR AND RIMS ON CAR OR STEREO SYSTEMS IT WILL BE GONE IN THE MORNING STAY AWAY AND RENT IS GOING UP
