I've lived here since January 2005, and overall I have been pleased with my aparment. As others have said, the size of the apartment is great for the price. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but I think they could improve on resident customer service. They sometimes drag their feet on getting repairs done. It's generally pretty quiet, except for the occasional neighbor with loud music, but if you get to know your neighbors, or report to the office staff, the problem usually subsides. Great for someone moving out on their own for the first time.
