Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
My wife and I moved in the begining of 03 and didn't have any kids. It was livable for us then but when we had our first baby we noticed different things like seals on windows where shoty letting cold air out in summer and cold air in in the winter. Mold grew out of control in the air ducts. When our Baby started getting rashes all over his body we brought him to the doctor and they said it is very likely the mold from the air ducts is what is giving him the rashes every morning. (we would bring him out every day and 30mins of not being at the apartment the rash would be gone.) Our lease isn't up for another few months but when I brought the subject of the mold and what doctor said to the management they put in writing that at the end of the month we would be released from the lease with no penalties or fees and if we needed the apartment past the 1st it would be the daily rate of our rent divided by 30.($23.67)
