The friendly guests are the roaches, although they are dirty and bring diseases I don't have to worry about one of them walking away with my TV or the rims off my car.
We moved here in March and have had to issues with management, it's the area that is bad. There are 68 registered sex offenders within a 3 mile radius of the aparmtments, low income devolpements next door and of course the wonderful critters that stop by to use or bathroom or kitchen at night and die on our table tops.
The worst part is the smell. The apartments are located across the street from the water treatment facility so if unless you love the taste of sulfur (a.k.a rotten eggs) be prepared to spend money on bottled water. The smell is even worse because you can't avoid that like you can avoid drinking water.
The apartments themselves are small so if you have a lot of stuff be prepared for storage. Oh and if you still move in be advised that they don't clean the apartments they paint over the dirt. I can't tell you how many painted over roaches, food and q tips I found in drawers and cabinents.
