Charter Landing is perhaps the worst apartment complex in all of jacksonville florida. You would be better suited at londontowne or even somewhere directly off of main street. The apartments are bug infested and falling apart from my experience. The staff could care less with exception to the maintance crew which was generally on time and helpful. The lighting situation outside is a joke. The parking is a nightmare. Seriously, the place was nice at one time and could possibly be nice again... You should drive by at night and take a look for yourself. BUt be careful because there is no security and it is very dark. Ok I have vented.... Very unhappy. miserable experience!

Have you ever been to Londontowne? Or anywhere off of Main Street? Obviously you haven't, because compared to BOTH of those areas, Charter Landing is HEAVEN.
