(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived there 2 years. Have had problems with maintenance. Was without a car for 6 months very inconvient to bus and any other amenities. I have been very happy with the office staff. My plus is the balcony on the water, storage space and 3 bathrooms.
