(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

I moved in about 2 months ago and I love it. Its very quiet even when the kids are outside they're not very loud. No loud music or people sitting on the steps. The rent is affordable. Maintenance responds promptly to any problem. Its in a great location to "everything", grocery stores of all kinds, and the mall.
