I lived at Charter Landing for 1 lease term in 1999, and was very satisfied. We found a very nicely priced townhouse, and had great neighbors and a super view. I personally knew the office staff to be very pleasant & straight forward in all our dealings. I find it impossible to believe that they were not honest with other residents. It must be difficult to please hundreds of people every single day.





I had no problems in the maintanence department. Even on the weekends, AC calls were handled and we never had to wait too long for any other calls. We would most definately live there again if we needed to live in an apartment. The community is in a great nieghborhood & is very secluded. There was some crime, but we were always notified and given useful tips to conduct ourselves in a safe manner. I appreciated being informed for my families sake. I most definately recommend this community to my friends.
