I have lived here for about ten months now. I came here because of the specials. I do have a 2 yr old boy that stays with me half the week. While there are some shady characters some nights in the parking lot I never had any issues with my apt or car. I have left out of town 4 times this year 5 and 6 days at a time and had no issues. the kitchens cabinets and rrooms are a little older but in decent condition. I did have some roach problem for a month but they sent exterminator 2 weeks and I cleaned up cheerios after my 2 yr old and I have minimal problem now. maybe like one or 2 a month. They did have an apparent breakin on another building. got notified via letter from the office. also on new yrs there was an apparent car jacking but jso said it looked like it was staged. no probs so far. My building is closer to the office and I dont have a prob. for the person that posted the moldy shower knobs just clean them ..idiot..

Staff has been friendly and concerned about fixing problems.. Julie does a really good job out there. Good Job Julie
