worth checking out

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2005-01-01
They are renovating the outside of the buildings (finally!). Landscaping is OK, nothing fancy. The walls are thick; can rarely hear your neighbors. Appliances are not too old. I have had some issues with the dishwasher. Managements solution is to clean it out and add jet dry...yeah, like that worked. Needs to be replaced! (Will prob. happen when the new tenants complain) Leasing office staff is OK, nothing special. As with all staff, some are good, some are bad. The maintenance staff is friendly and is quick to get things fixed.
The apartments are very large. I believe they were built back in the 70s?? Very solid construction.
I do not have a big issue with bugs, etc. They have monthly pest control so bugs are not a real issue here.
Parking is never a problem. I feel safe in this community. I do not know of any car/apt break-ins. It is a quiet community; even at night and on weekends. Good mix of working class people.
They have 2 pools, tennis courts & playground area...all in decent condition. Fitness center is average, nothing special.
The apartment community is in a great location, close to stores, banks, malls, restaurants, movie theaters, major roadways, etc.
Overall this apartment community is not that bad. Its an older property but is still in good shape. Good location, resonable prices, safe area, quiet neighbors, very pet friendly. Its worth checking out.
