I have lived here well over a year, in this time I have complained 30 plus times about a noisy "wallmate" that doesn't have normal hours or respect that others do, with blasting music at all hours (all night sometimes!) And complex would not do anything until I contacted the company that ownes them.
I have complained at least 6 times about a light being out, never have come to even inspect it, let alone fix it.
I have had issues of repairs in my apartment such as tiles falling out of the shower wall, and still, 4 months later not fixed.
On top of that, when it came to "renew" my lease, asked months in advance for renewal information, I did not recieve any information until 3 weeks prior to my end date on my lease. With this, there was a increase of rent by 70 a month, with said 3 weeks notice. Was an ok place for the price I was paying, but the new asking price is out of this world considering office staff are morons that can't get anything done in a timely or corrective mannor. I have given up on getting anyting done or resolved through them, and have fixed many things myself, I'm sure to my loss of my money!
My aunt previously lived here, and was billed for water and trash for three months after her lease ended, with a legal threat from the managment if she didn't pay the bill... when she was long gone! END... DO NOT LIVE HERE, do not even LOOK.
Painted outside, crappy needs work inside!
