We've been living here about a 1 1/2 years and we would never recommend this place to anyone. We've had problems with it ever since we moved in. They paint this bright shiny picture to sucker you into the place, then wait and jack up the rent like $100 a month when you renew your lease.

Since we've been here, we've had leaking water from the bathroom upstairs that has pretty much ruined our sofa. Repeatedly we've asked management to fix this problem and month and months later, still not fixed. Our A/C also leaks everytime it shuts off, so now we have to keep a trash can just to catch the water, which they also have failed to fix. When we run our washer, all the crap from the garbage disposal used to ooze up from the kitchen sink, clogging it and it was stinky and nasty. They did finally fix that one but it took them about 3 months.

Finally, they do not enforce the rules here that much either. There is pretty good parking, but when your noisy neighbors decide to invite everyone in the neighborhood to their tiny little apartment for a party, you can bet money that you will have to endure all the aggravation of your parking spot being gone, and music being loud and nothing being done about it. Sad thing is, some of the management staff actually lives on the premises...you better believe anywhere near there place has no problems at all.
