Although we've never suffered the roach problems mentioned in other reviews (thank God), we have suffered the inept management, fix by painting, noisey neighbors, problem parking, and inaccurate billing problems. The property owners apparently have no desire to put any money into this hell hole. That's why the buildings were painted by one man with an air tank, 99% of repairs are done by a small staff of onsite maintenance people who seem more interested in racing cars in the golf cart, and the gutters leak, floors squeak, and it takes months of begging to have an appliance older than God replaced (our dishwasher was filled with layers of black goo and it was nearly a year before they finally replaced the damn thing). I am looking forward to July when our lease is up and we can race out of here. Avoid this dump at all costs!

I would like to say that my fiance is apart of the maintenance staff at Chase Oaks, and he is a very hard working employee at chase oaks. Whomever you are refering to when it comes to playing around instead of tending to their work is not him, So I would suggest you supply names, or inform the management staff of who is playing around, before you accuse the entire maintenance staff of not doing their job. Thank You
