Chase Oaks Apartments is just another name for a high priced GHETTO. This place is so bad they cannot keep the grounds, pools, parking areas, sidewalks or the trash compactor clear. Usually the trash compactor is so overflowing with trash that there isn't room to get anything else in it.

The management is purely a joke.

Chase Oaks Apartments look good from the outside but inside the steps and floors are very bad. It seems they don't want to spend any money on repairs other than temorary
types.

If you watched the news on 9-4-2007 it was made public that these apartments have made a contract with the city of Jacksonville, Florida regarding drug rehab. What is going on. Some of the renters are drinking and then just throwing their cans or bottles down and leaving them. On grounds rest rooms are filthy and not sanitary to use.

Do you have a reference for the news report about the drug rehab thing that I could look up because I called the office and they said that wasn't true.
