I have lived here for sometime, and I find this place, with every fee and rent increase is becoming more and more a slum, plan and simple.
The outside hides a LOT of problems.
Most outstanding of this is the entempt Management staff. Every problem I have had in my apartment from toliet not working, to sinks dripping, to now mold and the a/c dripping pools of water and I'm sure just a matter of time before it stops working all together, I have had to complain 3 to 5 times, and even to the point of giving up on calling. Things that have been reaired are lousy and just break again. Everythying from the appliances, to fixtures, paint, tiles are CHEAP and hard to maintain, clean, function!
They DO NOT CARE... they care about filling all the empty apartments, insteAD of the people that ARE PAYING!!!

On top of that, the trash is always over flowing, and the "fees" keep going up even when you sign a lease to garentee the price!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! For the money it is PLAIN AND SIMPLE A RIP OFF!!!
RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO ELSEWHERE!
All the other posts are right with all the problems that are going on!
SLUM is what this will be until they hire someone that actually cares !!!!
