DON"T MOVE HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 photo   I've lived here a little while and several things are constant. Management switching over and over again. Which leads to every possible problem!!!! First, you get new "rules" left as notes on your door after they have taken affect. Second, the program "recovery" with Men they have with the city... we were NEVER notified that this would be happening, or was happening. Found out by watching the news! Mostly, it has to do with repairs. And the lack of them being done! (And I have spoken to others in the complex and they have had the same issues!) Every repair I have called about has been left undone after multiple complaints, in phone calls, messages, emails, their "maintence issue" report on their website to even going as far as calling their head company to THEN get it fixed 6 months later. (and recent favorite was being CHARGED in my rent bill for the repair to their cheap plastic fixtures in the apartment!) they still are ignoring my complaints about mold growing on a wall (this is about a year of complaining over and over to no avail, pic at bottom!) And then the work that is done is shotty and has to be done (i'm about to fix something they 'fixed" because it's coming apart!) The outside may be nice, but it hides the slum conditions inside! (cheap fixtures, cheap paint that discolors quickly and everything sticks to it! not to mention not being able to put up drapes because the walls are so stipped they won't hold the fixtures!) When I was given the "oh I'm so sorry" fake speach by the current manager about the repairs going unanswered I was told that it was the maintence staff, and they were being replaced. I'm sorry, it's not them, it's the lack of CARE by the airhead office staff to correctly REPORT repairs or to FOLLOW up as MANAGERS SHOULD DO! Not to mention that the water bills keep going up every month and it's not due to the use or energy costs, but the sprinklers that are BROKEN and pouring water out night and day all over the roads! They DON"T care about the people living here... just that there are people in the apartments paying their rent and jacked water bills! Yes, the space is nice, the layout is nice.... but not to the price of paying 100 to 200 dollars more than most places in the area to have things fall apart and go unrepaired for months! It was EMBARSSING TO have things broken and have guests over and having to explain AGAIN that management DOESN"T CARE! Sickening! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT DO NOT! Oh and the laundry facilities' Washing is ok, but if you have to dry' you have to run it 2 or 3 times!
