When we first moved in I was soo excited about the deal we got...townhome 1,200 sq ft. for 940 a month. After the 1st month, things started falling about and the apartment was showing its' true colors...which are green, brown and black. MOld started creeping out from the paint and even appearing on ceilings. Now, our dishwasher doesn't do anything but make a lake in our kitchen. Our downstairs hallway is now resting with Atlantis because the water heater squirts all day. The blonde lady the works at the front is a dirty pirate hooker who needs to go back to her home on ----- island. The cockroaches are as big as rats and the rats are as big as beavers. I ignored this site when I was viewing the ratings b/c I really thought I liked it...HA! Now, I'm thinking about terminating the lease. OH, THERE ARE CRACKHEARDS OR EX-CRACKHEADS THAT WANDER THE COMPLEX...THE REHEAB THING IS TRUE!

hey call the city... and file a complaint about the mold and the dishwasher, they will come out and cite the complex as well as make the complex correctly fix it. just my advice since I went through somewhat the same thing!
