Enough Already, this is a good decent place for the location and money.

I have been reading the comments from everyone and have come to the conclusion that people are using this site to tell feeble stories. I have been living here for over seven years, yes I have had some problems with water leaks, a/c not cooling properly, and floor squeaks. But to be honest the maintenance staff was great in my first 5 years, then went really bad and now since the end of last year the maintenance and management changed, actually the whole staff changed, this has been a wonderful thing for us you have to admit. The new maintenance and office staff are always friendly and respond quickly even after hours. I feel safe living here and I have not seen any gang activities and I know that the office does a criminal background check before they let you move in. This is a quiet community for an apartment complex.

I am glad to see the changes taking place here. Oh and this year we actually can use the pools, they are not green. Someone knows what they are doing. To the staff keep up the good work you are all appreciated.

Enough is enough quit venting if you do not want to be live here don't, but I have seen the worst of this place and right now it's almost to the best! Look at the landscaping they are doing, the pools we can now use and the staff has been wonderfule. It's just that simple.

First of all, I have had a repair that has NOT been finished with even getting an outside plumber in my place. (not that great on management and quality there) second, the pools being open? They have been switching each pool as being "closed" for weeks (one was "closed" for almost 2 months) I have to wonder by these 'posts' if they are done by the management staff. And wopppie on the Landscaping, it's always been nice. But the places inside have been falling apart. I'm not the only one, I have talked to three other people this year about the problems, from flooding to a slidding glass door not CLOSING and taking 8 to 10 complaints to get it fixed. I had to go to the city to get my repair done after 8 months of complaining and you bet that I am moving as soon as my lease is over! IT IS A SLUM! You can do better down the street price wise!
