Do not, I repeat Do not rent here. I don't have the time nor the patience to write a long list of the negative aspects of this community so I will be brief. I pay $745 rent for a one bedroom that has mysteriously dropped to $621, wonder why'''' Its a TRAP they are luring in innocent people to make money off of. My water bill for August was $78.72, and mind you I STAY IN A ONE BEDROOM ALONE! I went directly to the office to ask about it and just like the other person I was told, oh it will be fixed next month and credited. Well September comes and my water bill is $69.88 yeah it went down but again I STAY IN A ONE BEDROOM ALONE! So I go to pay my rent and ask AGAIN "what's up with the bill" the leasing person instructs me that it will take a couple months to correct and to pay the amount and it will be corrected (I AINT GOT A COUPLE MONTHS my lease is up end of October). So I tell her I aint paying nothing, I told her to take my doubled water bill for August (that I paid in full all $78.72) and put it on September and then when October comes I will pay half of the September water bill. Don't think she was too happy but believe you me, they got a check for $745 and NOT a penny more. On top of this crazy fees and incorrect billing, maintenance is slow as hell! There was a leak in my wall behind the thermostat and had the carpet drenched, the house was stank and the wall had mildew from the ceiling to the floor (okay slight exaggeration). I called maintenance three times, now I'm no doctor but Im pretty sure inhaling mildew cannot possibly be good for your health. I went in the other day and told them I was not renewing my lease she asked why, I told her I got saved and I didn't have to stay in hell anymore. I promise you the price is attractive NOW but once you sign your stuck and its straight downhill from there, don't fall victim. There are more things I could say but this is already getting to long. Oh but on a positive note my neighbors where the best! They were very quiet and anytime something was going on they let me know.

When it came time for my lease renewal, I expected the price on the website but was told 75 MORE than the amount on the website and why? "because you already live here" so the deal is : you are only special when the con you into renting here and then you get a water bill that is about as high as your power bills and lies of "we'll fix it" (never happened) repairs are HORRIBLE and staff is rude (came at 630 pm when I was about to eat dinner!) I complained about storm damage from fay... no one responded until last week... and just painted over mold and the staining from the leak instead of TAKING IT OUT and fixing the cause!)
it's the same thing over and over... no matter who is in the office.
DO NOT RENT HERE. might be a "good price" at first, but you get what you pay for which is NOTHING!!!! NOTIHNG!!!

Chase Oaks sucks as a whole this includes staff, apartments, structuring, etc. Mind you my lease is bout up but as I said I still have to pay rent. I have not been in my house since October 3rd, why is my water bill $51.29? Just imagine if I stayed the rest of the 28 days, this bill had the potential to exceed 100 bucks! Yeah right and when they break down my water bill it says 8 bucks for water and then a high ass amount for sewage and trash. I say something very fishy is up, Im thinking about telling KEN!
