I lived here for almost 2 years and have not had any major problems. My maintenace calls have always been taken care of in a timely matter. I do agree regarding the water bill, which has since been corrected. I love it here and even condsidering upgarding to a 3 bedroom on the speacils they are currently running. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I finally, after months of complaining have had my bill corrected but NOT before being threatned with eviction for questioning it. I found out that "not all were credited" and were basically NOT being credited until calling the complex. So simple FRAUD. The manager said 'too many accounts to keep up with" well, frankly thats UNPROFESSIONAL as well as shes not the right person for the job if "too many" is her thought processes. My note I uncluded with my last rent check was IGNORED and "put aside to read later" not dealt with... just the letter to pay late fee or be evicted. Yeah, this is A GREAT place to live for the "money" They don't care about YOU, just the money. Don't move here.

Best price for the area??? Drive a couple miles in either direction and there are upgraded apartments for a good amount cheaper. The rent for a 2 bedroom is $950 per month and they try to increase it every renewal even though they give new residents much cheaper prices!! Sure you will lose approximately 100 sq ft or so but you won't have to deal with an apartment that is falling apart, one that grows mold in several places, or one that creeks the entire upstairs every step you take. I can literally feel the bowed wood under my feet every step and it creeks each step. On the bright side, who needs a security system when a robber will wake up the entire building as soon as they step foot upstairs. I am really counting down the days until my lease is up. I've been here for over two years and will soon join the rest in leaving. My building and the buildings on each side are nearly completely empty. That should tell you something.
