I m writing to u 2day b.c. I m very disappointed in ur appt complex, chase oaks, jax. Fl. I lived there for 4yrs and was treated like garbage for the last 2 yrs. Chase oaks ruined my life, pls check my file in jax for all the -------- that I ve had to put up with. I nd my credit fixed. Apparently they turned my file over to ncc in jax, fl. I m 36yrs old and 1mo in my entire life have I not pd rent on time since I was 18. my rent was 650.00 I believe and in my last mo. at chase oaks, I offered 2 pay them 500.00 and a payment plan, but they refused. I got evicted, kicked out on the street. I was so distraught, I had to leave town and live off the streets and beg for food. My daughter and girlfriend got stranded and my life was in shambles. Here a short list of ---- that I had to deal with at chase oaks:
-waited a year for my deposit when I moved to a new apt
-spent 300.00 on flea medication for my dog when the apt above me to the left was left flea ridden
-loud abuse and sexual noise from the people upstairs after repeated attempts from me to quiet them, chase oaks did nothing. All hrs of the day/nite. The girl was a ho.
-swearing, alcohol, loud noises outside my window at 3am for 9mo
-apt top right, broken into, I went upstairs 2 retain guy till cops came
-physical abuse from guy to girl in apt next 2 me, she had 2 move out
-grass left on my car from grass cutting people
-rosy let her daughter come 2 work on Saturdays
-both pools unswimmable for 2 yrs, always dirty, scummy
-1st 2 yrs ok on pest control, then no sprays. Roaches, ants in my apt at least 1 every other day, with no spray
-they let me sign a lease even though I had my daughter and girlfriend in a 1 bedroom apt, so technically, leagally I wasn t supposed to be there, so they broke a law
-had 2 wait 15mo for paperwork from rosy after calling, going in person, reminding her, after she told me she already sent it
-I had 2 start documenting things that happened, because no one would believe me it I said all this stuff without proof, trust me, I have nothing to gain by this
-my 1st couple yrs there were fine, then everything just went downhill

Chase oaks has ruined my life, and yeah, u may hear a different version from carey, ron, rosy, other workers there, but I only speak the truth. Pete and terry, the maintence guys were the only ones there that treated me like a human being. Now chase oaks has turned my 635.00 into 3k, something like that with all the -------- fees. Pls everybody from stonemark get together and put my account 2 a $0.00 bal or a fair settlement and tell the credit reporting agencies to clear up my good name and my eviction. I will look for something in the mail with an offer from u within 3mo., to give u time 2 investigate. If u r not the people 2 do this, then pls assign this to someone in charge. I know ur probably busy. I m gonna keep trying to get this settled until its finalized. Chase oaks has ruined my life and my morale. I ve thought about jumping off a bridge because of chase oaks. My head is about to blow up, just thinking about it. Im not taking phone calls, just reply with a settlement letter. Thx.
