I really shopped apartments before choosing this one. I like all of the space and the area can't be beat. As for all of these negative comments, I haven't had any of that experience. The apartment was clean when I moved in and I haven't had any problems that the staff failed to address as soon as I told them about it. And, they are now offering us extras like free tutoring for our children and functions monthly. Maybe you need to take a second look at Chase Oaks.

You must be the LUCKY only one. I've lived here and every issue, has been drawn out and nothing but drama! Last thing was a leaking toilet, but they said no, it was me when I took showers, the ruined the tub with bad chalking job. It took 4 (and 2 after 10 pm) visits to get it fixed! in the mean time I ruined $100 worth of towels sopping up the lake in my bathroom! Which also made the floor pitted in spots! Not only that but they brought fleas into my apartment and took me a month and 75 bucks of bug killer to get rid of them. (I've NEVER Had fleas ever before!) This is the WORST place to live Tutoring doesn't make up for not fixing problems RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
