i have lived here for 3 1/2 years now. and havent moved because we couldnt afford anywhere else. with the military discount we get its pretty cheap. the manager marie is very polite and curtious. but shay is so rude its descusting! the mantiance guys (juan and john) are so so nice. the apartments them selfs are very old. and we have a huge problem with mold in the showers and window sills. not matter what i use it will not go away. the carpets are so gross. there is a huge problem with bugs. we are moving at the end of december and i cant be more happy to get out of here!

To Anonymous: You saw the apartment before you moved, most of the is new or fairly new, this apartment was acceptable for you at the time of your move in with no complaints, if the carpet was gross at the time of your move out then obviously it is due to your negligence. As far as the showers and windows with mildew, this to is negligence and could have been prevented if maintenance was requested. As far as Shay is concerned it is funny that everyone at Chase Ridge likes her we have never had any complaints of her being rude. BUGS! We can???t take care of a problem that we were never aware of. We find this comment very offensive as all of the employees take pride in all of the residence as well as the community and the condition of the apartments, you could not have that unhappy as there are plenty of cheaper place to live. If this is all true then what is the point of hiding your identity. The Chase Ridge Team

I agree to the response from The chase ridge team. If they were so unhappy, they should have moved sooner. And the couldn't be more wrong about Shay....Glad they are gone and ready for a new (more appreciative) resident.
