I lived there for about 4 months and we had to move for personal reasons. You can get a decent rate for your rent. Things needs to be update. It's one of your older complexes. Melissa is Great. I was sorry that I move because of her. She really cares about her tenants. Maintaince is cool. They get the job done. Everyone is I can care less for.

Marie and Shay were the best!!!! there was a time when chase ridge was the place to live i raised my two children there along with a group friends that became family raising their children there. Times have changed management has changed, the pool parties are gone, the monthly activities that Marie and Shay had every month are gone, times sitting with the entire team at the office before they went home are gone. There is a cold lifeless body in the office now that has managed to turn a small community that was filled with life, into a ghetto fabulous shoot out, crack dealin, car stealin, apartment break in community. Sometimes companies like to think they are doing a good thing by getting rid of what was working, when all they did is change it for the worse. Don't move here as a matter of fact don't even waste your time considering it. The good times are gone all you have now is a living hell.....hmmmm don't they have another community that they say the same thing about..... I think that would be mission springs. Its a shame that a company can not see what the real issues are. Good luck if you move here or to mission springs and buy a bullet proof vest it will come in handy in the compound lolllllll have a nice day
