I had a unit above the office in the front unit. The grounds were well kept. My unit overlooked a courtyard with grass, trees, and a little bridge over a pond stocked with big goldfish. I thought the spiral staircase out front was such a neat touch. The rooms were decent in size, although the kitchen was a bit small. Management was very nice. I never needed anything fixed, so I couldn't tell you how the maintenance is. Parking was never a problem, and the hallways were well lit. Being a single woman, it was important to me to feel safe, and I did here.

I really enjoyed living in this apartment. If I didn't have to move so far away, I would still be there.
