I moved to Chelsea Courtyards with my boyfriend in 10/05 and it was our first apartment. It is great. It's quiet and the neighbors and managment are very nice. Maintnance is great and are quick to serve. The only problem was the mosquito's that always seemed to be directly outside of my door and got in my house and it's not that many parking spaces but the pro's greatly outweigh the con's. The only reason why I have decided to leave is because my lease is up and I would like to see what else is out there. But I will always love Chelsea Courtyards. There great!

I'm thing about moving into the apartments and they are nice, but I'm not sure about the office staff. My first and second impression of the woman that was to help me is not good. She didn't seem to act as if I was serious about their apartments. The next time I came back with some questions I had for her and as I asked, she answered a call, and answered all of their questions instead of asking them to hold or let her call them back because she was helping another person at this time. I had to site and wait 5-10mins. Then when she did get off and I asked her the rest of my questions she basically said one of my questions was stupid, and another she advised me she didn't know the answer and will find out, but she didn't get my number to call me... So I have a question to everyone that has/does stay here: How would you rate the staff at the apartment?
