I have lived here for about 2 years. The only reason I'm still here is the price I'm paying. Don't get too excited about cheap rent new people are paying $100.00 or more a month than I am.
I say getting scarrier because I have been threatened in the parking lot right infront of my apartment. And had gun shots in the courtyard about 20-30 feet from my back door. I was on my patio when that happened. But it was night time and the flood lights were out as usual so I couldn't see the person only an outline.
It wasn't this bad until that other persons favorite manager Kelly came and rented to every Tom, ---- and drug dealer she came across. She actually admitted to me that my apartment was surrounded by drug dealers.(I have children) And she admitted to "smoking" with certain residents. As for the fixing of things- I wait forever for half a--ed jobs to be done and they leave a huge mess for me to clean up. Very unproffesional!
I'm waiting to see if the new staff is going to do all they say. So far the changes I've seen have been unnessesary cosmetic stuff. They made the front look nicer but my apartment still needs a lot of repairs and I know mine isn't the only one. If they do what they've sayed they will I will rerevue the place. But until then I give them a big fat F!
P.S.
I'm good renter. My unit and the outside around it is keep clean and tidy. And my rent has never been even one day late.
Oh and the landscaping would be fine if people actually used trash can or someone picked up the trash.
