I have lived in Chelsea's Courtyard for over two years. And just like a few people, I renewed my lease, because of the price. It use to be really nice actually. I liked the tall trees that surrounded the building, and the river in the back. It looked really "peaceful" i thought. But this will definately be my LAST year here. It's become so trashy and ghetto, you dont feel safe anymore. There are always a bunch of losers who throw loud parties and start fights right outside your yard at 1 or 2 in the morning, screaming at each other like it's their own damn property. I cant count how many times I've had cops knock on my door for questions about the neighbors. It use to look clean, but now you cant help but find beer bottles everywhere! They would only have ONE light in the stairway, which is broken, by the way, for the past two years! And just to remind you, i've been here for over two years, so i can easily say that light was working no longer than 4 months. That means you have to walk every single night through the stairway in total darkness! ANd another thing that ticks me off about the property is the PARKING! You can barely find parking, it's ridiculous!! And it's because you would notice 5 or 6 more ----in cars that arent usually there taking your damn spot. (AND THAT'S B/C PEOPLE WOULD HAVE PARTIES) Things started breaking no later than six months moving in. I've been waiting over a year for maintenance to fix my light and toilet. Management sucks. They go through 5 or 6 managers a year. Every other month when it's time to pay rent, a new manager introduces herself. None of them give a ---- about you, so dont even waste your time asking for help.

Basically, Chelsea's Courtyard would be nice to live at, but too many ghetto, section 8, people live here now. I guess that's my cue to move out!!

Another one has spoken the truth! Basically the same thing I said! He right about the damn parkings! I have to park in the damn Fire Lane in order to park. Then they want to threating you by saying you cant park there or your car will get towed. Well where the ---- do you want us to park if there are 10 extra cars here that are not usually here. I can't stand this place.
