i moved in aug. 25 2003 and today is oct 07 2003 and the movers are coming tomorrow! this place is nasty ! they dont fix anything and when they do come to fix it they dont fix it right. they put bandaids on stuff that needs surgery ! my apartment was so bad i had to have the health department come and check for mold which they found! i have been told from day one that everything would be fixed in about a week and like i said today is oct. 7 and most of the important stuff is not done . the location is great and the neighbors are great but the pool is dirty , the staff lies all the time and tells you they have 300 other apartments to and you will just have to wait! make sure you check out your own apartment not the show one ! dont make my mistake! put it this way military housing office has just placed me in housing yesterday and getting me moved again becasue of the pictures i showed them!!!!! i was number 51 on the waiting list ! i have talked to alot of my neighbors and they have alot of problems too but mostly little things breaking not big enough for the health department! the lady above me has been trying to get her outside light fixed since last december! she has cntacted a lawyer ! my neighbors next to me already got out of their lease because it was so bad!when they came to retile my bathroom the wood was rotten and molded they tried to just cover it ( i watched bugs come out the wood)but the health department told them they had to replace it all ! beware !if you get a good apartment it could be great but see your apartment and make sure everything is working or you can fix it yourself ! i heard REGENCY APARTMENTS ARE NICE CLEAN , BIG AND CHEAP AND THEY ARE CLOSE TO THE BASE AND RIGHT NEXT TO THE MALL GOOD LUCK
