We are a military family and have lived in different places all around the globe and this has been one of the worse places we have ever lived. We live on the third floor apartment and right below us there are tenants that have a dog, that has not cleaned up the dog poop in over a week, we cannot even open our sliding glass doors and let in fresh air because of the foul odors from below, so we are forced to run our AC which in turn costs us more money.
Complained to the office over a week ago.

We had a leak in our hallway which in turn soaked the padding and carpet, it started to mold I phoned the office and told them and that has been over a month ago, still nothing done about the mold in the carpet.

I am just happy that we are moving out of this DUMP at the end of this month. The drug dealings in this complex goes on out in the open and so far the office says they will do someething about it, but yet I have not seen anything done. My advice is to stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this place.
