This is the WORST apartement complex I have ever lived in the past 5 years since I left home. When something is broken in your apartment, you have to wait forever to get it fixed (I swear to God this is true). Maintenance service is WORST. I don´t know how many times I have to call them to get someone come and fixed the problem. It is so bad that once I had to call a professional maintenance crew to fix the problem. When you call the office to report something, they will hang up on you before you finish talking (yea, tell me about professionalism, I bet the office staffs don´t even know how to spell that word).I remember calling them the first week I moved in to report broken lights thoughout the stairs in my building and I have been here for almost 6 months and those lights are still broken!!! They don´t even give a damn about it. Everything is so bad that I just can´t believe it. I am moving out next week because I cannot take it anymore. I don´t care about the early termination fee they charged. I just don´t want to be here anymore. And for all of you, please please please please please please DO NOT be fooled by their fake kindness when you meet those shamelessly unprofessional staffs. This apartment might offer a good deal upfront but you know what' you´ll end up losing. You probably don´t know me and I may be nobody to you but Please, I am begging you: DO NOT be deceived like me.
