this has got to be the worst appartment complex i have ever lived in please do not even think of living here. since the day i moved in in august i have had nothing but trouble with the management and the place everything breaks place leaks toilets do not flush that is if you even have water in them the hot water is a f***ing joke and the courteous staff you will be still looking for them well after you leave. do not let them take you to the demo model have them show you the appartment you are going to live in most likely it will not be clean it will be infested with rodents the celing will fall down on you because of all the leaks and plumbing problems. the mold is a different story the entire place i think is held up by the mold so if you have allergies do not live here. well if you are a human male, female or hermaphordite it does not matter, between the ages of 1 day old till you are dead it does not matter your race cread or whatnot DO NOT LIVE HERE IT HAS TO BE THE WORST MANAGED AND TAKEN CARE OF PLACE YOU COULD EVER LOOK AT. BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPERS PLEASE GO AROUND AND ASK THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE ABOUT THE CONDITIONS THEY WILL BE MORE THAN WILLING TO SHOW YOU THE CONDITIONS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SICK. P.S. IN THE STATE OF FLORDIA YOU HAVE THREE DAYS TO BACK OUT OF A LEASE SO IF THEY DUPE YOU INTO A LEASE RUN, RUN FAR AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK AND IF YOU DO THEY WILL SCREW YOU
