we used to live there. we moved out in august. today is November 24, 2004 and.. guess what''''
we just received a water bill totaling $107 something from that old apt.
we do not even live there anymore and how should we be responsible for paying this''

this proves that oak hill management, even though I heard they've been bought by a different company, is still crappy.
they reaaaaaaallllly should have just closed down the apt complex.
there is no use in renting that place.

do not live there if you want your safety.

there are plenty of other better apartment complexes around jacksonville. good luck in finding an apartment.
