I have experience the worst kind of customer service from the management of this apartment complex. When you ask for maintenance to fix something, the hardly ever come to fix it. I have a gaping hole in the kitchen underneath the kitchen sink that I complained about from the last management company and did so with the new one but never got anyone to fix it. I had trouble with my bathroom leaking all the time and no one ever came to fix it. My husband came home from a 6 month deployment and he fixed it. We have been part of the Military Partnership Program for the past 3 years now and they get our rent direct deposit to their bank account from the US Navy and we have been threatened with eviction notices twice in the last three months since the manager in the leasing office did not check their mailbox for the rent check. She is such an airhead and sends out notices to all the military tenants threatening them to evict them within 3 days of the notice and we do not receive any kind of apology from them for screwing us up. They are mean and actually treat us unfairly when they actually get the money on time. Don't waste your time renting here if you don't want the aggravation of dealing with idiots....Good luck in your apartment search...

ive had the worst time at this complex. they never come fix anything. my hot water tank leaks onto the hall way floor causing a huge puddle and MOLD. which is very unhealthy. ive asked on several occasions for someone to fix the problem and i always get the same answer. "well get someone over there" yeah well, guess what, its been a year and it still leaks. another thing. none of the bathroom doors close completley. its the worst apartment complex ive ever lived in. Just a note to anyone who is thinking about moving in there..listen to them very carefully, they'll tell you rent is one thing but charge you another. i just got finished paying over 1,400 dollars because of their mistakes. becareful!
