There were so many problems with this place. The maitenance used to steal patio furniture and one came to my apartment drunk to fix a door. It took over a week to fix my air conditioner during 90 degree weather that was supposedly "struck by lightening" when there was absolutely no storm of any kind. The managers lied about everything to cover their own butts. A friend of mine lived there had a huge ant problem and he was on the top floor and pest control would never come to fix the problem. While I lived there, someone was murdered. It is an awful place to live. Even the new management company made things a pain. I seriously don't recommend getting in the hastle of dealing with them.
