I moved in Feb 05, and I had two issues and they the same day and fixed the problem. I wanted a new fridge and the next day when I came in I had one. Since I've been there the pest control people come and stray every month. My air is really COLD-- NO PROBLEM AT THIS POINT, BUT I WILL KEEP IN TOUCH IF ANYTHING OCCURS.

I have been in this apartment since Feb-05 and it takes maintance ten days to correct a problem. The sewer system here is a joke and when i first moved in there was feces in my bathroom. I would not refer anyone to this apartment and when my lease is up I will be out of this big hell hole.
