Living there has gotten worse since they became City Ridge. The maintenance is awful they really dont know what they are doing and they take weeks to respond. You have to pay extra now to park $35.00 a month under a piece of tin which isnt even reliable. I saw a limb fall on it and it went straight thru and landed on a car. They dont give any perks for staying there when you renew your lease. The gate in the entrance has been broken for over a year even though that was one of the reasons why the rent increased. And the gym isnt even open when the office is closed so you dont have access to that. There are no amenties other than one of the two pools and that's it. The pictures in the book look nice but once you live there its hell. The lighting outside the bulbs are always blown so the area is very dark. The rings in the ceiling are a result of needing a new roof. I wouldn't advise anyone to live there.
