i've lived here over a year, because of transfering in the very near future. CRIME is a HUGE issue here. Don't believe me' don't take my word for it. Go to the JSO down town and get a print out for the year. Drug lords, rapes, gun fights, fist fights, loud music, child molesters, ect..
Maitenence is laughable. I have two pages worth of work that needs done and has needed done since we moved in and we still haven't. Our water bill is through the roof because of constant leaks. Gutted apartments that has had windows, doors open is now floor to celing mold .
Stray cats/ dogs everywhere! Incompetent staff to say the least. They have no concern for the residents safety.
One on of the pools is usable. They said they were going to put in a new playground and get the other pool fixed, neither has been done. The Gate has not been fixed and was not working when we moved in. Gym is off limits after working hours.
Ants are a HUGE issue! whatever the bug guys sprays (when he shows up at all) has got to be based off of sugar. It does nothing to them.
HORRID insulation makes for very high electric bills..
I could go on and on....

i used to live there to and i know exactly what your talking about i had ants real bad spiders real bad fleas to the point we had to move to keep our animals from dying....i fell on the steps they had there injured my back holes in the walls when we moved in we had to have them spray again due to all the ants,they had the bug guy come in my house without my permission.so everything you went through so did i
