Poor maintenance, very poor landscaping, no security, walk out your door into a drug deal!
Noisy, dirty, pools are filthy, 1/2 of equipment in workout room works.

Ghetto Ridge,Ponte Vedra prices for Harlem lifestyles!Avg. $800 per month to be surrounded by savages,jerry-springer show rejects,crackhos,gangsta-wannabes,loud jungle-music 24/7,muggings,street fights,break ins,etc.Excellent maintainance policy-IF IT'S BROKE,PAINT IT!
