First of managment sucks, write now I just got a letter saying to pay rent which I walked in to the office and handed Sara the money and try calling do not get a phone call back and I work so when I get home there gone and they even lost our file of our paper work, Dana the lady who used to work in the office lived above me and her shower leaked into our apartment and caused the ceiling to cave in and her washer leaked and now is causeing the ceiling to cave in there and leave dark brown water spots and of course no one has come to do ---- to fix it they came and fixed the bathroom once and just patched it up not even fixed it, managment and maintence is horrible we been here almost a year in july and they do not fix ---- after repeatly telling them to come fix things the grounds outside are horrible there is never any parking at night, and the drugs and loud noice's sometimes is crazy, the gate dont work the pool is dirty and the other one is out of order, this place is overall horrible and now all of a sudden they raise rent to charge us water fees and also being billed from the JEA for water so now im paying to water bills, this ---- is crazy
