My whole apartment FLOODED EVERY time it rained! I could never figure out how the rain would get under the floor to come in but it did---EVERYTIME.......... The staff NEVER had it fixed!! I have the small children only one is walking so you may imagine how this made me feel--not only because of filth and the sickness from all the dirty water--but my children actually could have drowned. Then when I refused to pay rent guess what I WAS EVICTED!!!!! WORST place ever!!!

Don't worry about a thing. The office staff at Oak Hill finally pissed off the wrong people. An MS-13 gang member who went through a very similar situation as you. Water leaking in from the rain, harmful to her children. She also refused to pay rent and they evicted her onto the street. I've already heard them plotting upstairs to take out everyone in that office and set the place on fire. Be glad you're out because it's supposedly going to happen very soon. God help us all.

Two months later and guess what, nothing's happened. All talk, no action. Typical.
