These apartments are the absolute worse..management are the most unprofessional people I have come across. They sent out a letter saying that rent will be raised and then TRIED to justify why they were raising the rent. They said that the gates will be fixed at the beginning of June..July 7th i called to ask when the gates would be fixed...the response I got..what gates'' I bet they don't ask what rent' The grounds are not maintained, stray cats walk aroud at will, trash is thrown everywhere, old furniture is left out..and it take forever for maintanance to fix anything.But oh you better believe you better have your rent on time. I would not advise my worst enemy to move out here. I can not wait until my lease is up.
