i've lived in this apartment for a year now and i will tell you its not the place to be because the management in the past had the worse customer service skill i've ever seen,on top of that they try to move me in to an apartment that was infested with some sort of bugs flying all over the place and a major leak at the laundry area,when i refuse to move-in they then delayed my move for another week before i was giving a new apartment which looked good and dandy but had a lot of problem with leakage from every drain in the house such as the laundry,the kitchen sink and the walls in the master bed room which leaks every time it rained,after a while mildew started growing on the wall and all the maintenance team does is spray some kind of white paint as if that will solve the problem which it never did,the whole room started smelling funky and my cloths and my wifes had started to grow mildew so i requested to be move to a second floor or i will move out,which they did after they request a 30days notification from me.the second floor i got was much better but got its own problems too,roaches everywhere,holes in wall that was promise it will be fix but never has,shower drains clog and i've to stand in my own filt to shower.rent is fair price compare to the size of the rooms which is the only good thing about this place other than that its not worth it.
