Thank Lord my lease is almost up. I will never, ever move here as long as i live in Jacksonville. The apartments are huge in size but not worth the amount you pay to live here. The maintance around is here is horrible, the never fix anything and get mad at you when you demand something get done. The Manager is horrible herself she sit in her office and do nothing. The leasing staff is G.H.E.T.T.O. Yes, and like the other tenant said these apartments are ROACH infested and no matter what you do to prevent them they still remain. I am so happy my lease is coming to an end soon. And they have the nerve to put a notice on my door stating, "Your lease is about to end we would love for you to renew with us". HELL, to the N.O.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run away when you see these apartments.
