Lousy Manager

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The manager stinks, does not want to upgrade anything in apartment, i.e. old carpets, mouldy cabinets, mostly bosnians live here, afraid to speak up for their rights, congested with kids. I do not recommend. When moving out will not return your security deposit.
