Cleveland Arms is not a place to consider at all.The tenats don't do anything at all.They drink and hang out all day males and females.I can leave for work at 8:00 am and get home at 7:00 pm still hanging out.Play music all night and always getting into arguements.Kids dont go to school walking around and playing in daytime.Trash every where its so much trash the management should be ashamed.Broken beer bottles everywhere on sidewalks and parking spaces.Guys hanging out dont work but doing other things.Only had one maintance man now we do have two.But still havent fixed what i told them over a month ago.Apartment always having a problem.Kids everywhere loud and cursing I mean little kids too.Noisy Neighbors always ready to borrow something and be all up in your business,Looking and staring.So please reconsider if youre thinking about this place.It's like a night club both day and night and I no management and the police no about all these going on and dont want to do a thing.Should be ashame.So when my lease is up the first of the year see ya.Thats why im on here and when i saw cleveland arms under apartment ratings.I had to full warn everybody.Please RE CONSIDER !
