Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Among other joys I had in my almost two years there:

A bullet through my kitchen window.
Air Conditioning that didn't work properly for almost a year
Some of the worst office staff ever
When they DID fix the air conditioning. they had to replace pipes and put a hole in the living room ceiling which it tiiok them ANOTHER three months to fix.
God help you.
